Here in Seattle, there is a guy named Phoenix Jones. He is one of eight members of the Rain City Superhero Movement. There are apparently quite a few people doing this all over... The World Superhero Registry keeps a list. Phoenix is still active in the area... In January he had his nose broken and in March he made an appearance at Emerald City Comiccon.
