I work directly for a major fiber to the home provider, and I'm getting 25 meg up and down, which is higher than most of the United States. Google is planning on one gig. I'm thinking we just got some serious competition.

I work directly for a major fiber to the home provider, and I'm getting 25 meg up and down, which is higher than most of the United States. Google is planning on one gig. I'm thinking we just got some serious competition.
